The Central Arkansas Fermenters (CAF) is a home brew club located in Little Rock, Arkansas. We are one of the largest home brew clubs in the United States with over 100 current members.
The mission of CAF is to provide education and enhance the awareness and understanding of the art, science, and craft underlying the at-home brewing of beer, ciders, wines, and other fermented beverages throughout the Central Arkansas region, and to use that craft to benefit other charitable organizations in the area.

You can join the club by paying your dues online. Our annual membership drive meeting is in February, so your dues are good from February – January of the following year.

Education: Kent Thompson will be presenting a session on how to set up Beer Smith to handle your equipment profiles and how to enter recipes. If you don’t use BeerSmith, you should give it a try! You don’t want to miss this!
Club competition: American Style Imperial Stout Turn-In
Big Brew Day Best of Show: Bring a growler or a few bottles of your Big Brew Day beer. We will have an impromptu Best of Show competition and we will award medals to the top 3 winners!

Little Rocktoberfest 2024
Every year our club hosts Little Rocktoberfest. This is a homebrew focused beer festival showcases some of the area’s great home made beer, cider, and wine. This year’s event will be held at Rusty Tractor Vineyards on September 28th.
